It was the end of a week of the SJ Pow Wow street art fest and a convergence of bikes to head out for an epic (well maybe that's over stating it a bit but at least our numbers were impressive) trek to check out the creations that were newly adorning the city.
Being home to the SJ Sharks this mural seemed appropriate. It was also only a few blocks from the tank.
Some people like that sort of thing, but apparently not this camper.
Asian flair.
Some eye popping color.
Near the end of our journey, we visited the Empire Seven Studios where some examples of the past year's event were on display and it was a chance to heed nature's call. We were also able to check out some of the art on display inside and pick up a little Pow Wow schwag.
This was the last official stop on the trek for me. I had seen it earlier and had wanted to return when the light was more favorable. It was also a better time to grab some libations at the Camino Brewing Company. I guess the saying that all roads lead to beer is true after all.
