Quiet down under

I captured these photos almost a year ago, but never got around to posting. Since I’m off to another similar photo excursion tomorrow, I figured I’d better post these. So here goes:

As Spring begins a cemetery would seem a strange place in which to wander, but this is where I found myself last weekend. It wasn’t because of morbid thoughts, but rather because it was a photo walk organized by the East Bay Photo group and this is the site they chose. I’m almost always up for a challenge.

Despite the somewhat depressing setting (I guess it does give one an appreciation for being above ground ;-)) there were some pops of color to be found.
