A Sampling

Where to begin? I’m hoping that posting more of my photos will inspire me to get out there more and snap it up. Since this is my first addition to this site, I figured why not highlight where I live? So the following is a sampling of the photos I have taken since moving here from Berkeley. It was quite the culture shock, but I’m struggling mightily to adjust. You’ll notice that I usually don’t take photos of people (for various reasons) so most of stuff is confined to nature and architecture.

If I’m not feeling too lazy to lug it around, I’ll bring my camera and take snaps of whatever catches by eye.

Everybody into the pool

These are pretty close to home. Actually I can check out the pool from my balcony. If only it was heated, it might see some more action. It’s pretty desolate most of the time. I keep thinking that I should pledge to take the polar plunge every day for a week, but so far I’ve not given into the urge. Still, I am paying for it so I may as well take maximum advantage.

Assignment

I actually really like having some sort of theme to focus my eye. The one below was from “Z”. I have a few other groupings that I’ll be posting, when I get a chance to truly plunder the archives.
